My First Day of Informatics Class

I don't even know how to start here but its just a matter of it just came up into my mind that it was so easy to know about " informatics "....

The last time that our teacher discusses was about the history of nursing informatics and the history of computer. Yes our teacher talked about computer. As we all know nowadays that computer is the most powerful technological to transform nursing profession prior to the new century. Thus computer nowadays had a great help in nursing students. Without this computer it is very difficult for the nurse to get some information from the patient and barely right it on a sheet of paper. But with the help of the computer it is easy, accessible and doesn’t need more time and effort.

Going back to the topic nursing informatics if we define it, it refers to the integration of nursing. Thus the history talks that nurse’s uses computer in various ways. It is used as an EHR or electronic health record; this EHR is developed and managed by the health facility or a health provider. It is very beautiful to study about nursing informatics.
